We hope you love your Saika piece.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Returns must be requested before sending the item back.
Unique pieces
As every Saika piece is produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
